We want you to be HAPPY your Polar Quest Box! If something isn’t quite right, don’t sweat it (literally)—we’ve got you covered.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer any exchanges. Please send back eligible items for a refund and place a new order for the desired size.
We accept returns within **30 days of receiving your order**, as long as the vest:
- Is unworn and in its original condition
- Has all tags attached and is in the original packaging
- Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment with a $15 shipping and handling fee deducted from the refund total.
Return Shipping Costs
- U.S. Customers: $15 shipping and handling fee deducted from the refund total.
- International Customers: We’ll provide instructions for your return, but total return shipping fees are your responsibility.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Cooling vests with signs of wear, damage, or missing tags
- Clearance or final-sale items
