I'm female age 65, 5'4" and 124 pds. XS fits well if you can get it. I wore it for 3 hours playing pb in 90 degree weather. Pros- lightweight and can be worn while playing. Will keep you cool as long as ice pack is cool. Cons- Ice pack- Vest stays cool if ice pack is cold. Vest gets clammy if ice pack is no longer cold. Bring extra ice packs for extended wear. Battery pack- adds weight to vest but I expect the size of the battery will improve as tech improves. Fans- sit at hip level but didn't bother me during play. Ideas- please offer more size info for women. Work on smaller battery size, weight and capability. Please send more than 1 ice pack at purchase time. Thanks for filling this niche. Being able to play in heat is a big deal for me.
